Soft scrambled free-range eggs folded through house-made chilli jam, topped with feta cream, shallots and grated manchego, finished with basil pesto and a blistered chilli on toasted sourdough.
Smashed avocado mixed with creamy Meredith goats feta on toasted sourdough, topped with a poached egg, silky feta cream, basil pesto, pomegranate, cherry tomatoes and a toasted-seed crunch.
